Information We Collect Automatically. When you use the Sites, your web or mobile browser may automatically send us internet or other network activity (“Network Information”), including: IP address, registration date, cookies, internet domain and navigation paths, browsing and search history and interactions with the Sites or other websites, browser software, operating system and language, and information about your location and mobile device (including a unique device identifier).

Depending on Services, we may collect the following (including in the previous 12 months): Network Information; Personal Information and Identifiers; Protected Class Information; Commercial Information; Biometric Information; Sensory Information; Geolocation Information; Employment Information; Education Information; and Inferences/Profile Information.
We use this information for purposes including account management, personalization, testing and product development, business relationship management, due diligence, transactional communications, quality control and policy enforcement, risk management, security, web traffic monitoring, hosting required data files, marketing communications (where not objected), anonymization/de-identification, viewing external content, legal compliance, and payment processing.
If you create an account, we collect login credentials (e.g., email and password or SSO credentials) to authenticate you, authorize access, manage sessions, prevent fraud, and secure your account. Passwords are not stored in plain text and industry safeguards are applied. We do not share your login credentials with third parties except as needed to operate the Services and under confidentiality obligations.
When you connect a customer system, we use access credentials or tokens issued by that system or your organization. Where available, we use tokens rather than usernames/passwords. Credentials are stored in encrypted form, access is controlled by need-to-know, and they are used solely to provide requested Services. You may revoke access at any time; we will disable credentials and follow retention/deletion practices.
Pursuant to agreements with customers, and to provide the Services, customers may provide us with information about their clients, employees and contractors when using the Sites or Services.
We retrieve customer-authorized data from connected systems via APIs and request only the fields necessary to operate the Services, documented in our data inventory. For opportunity tracking, data typically includes client name, opportunity stage/type, close date, next steps, servicing advisor, opportunity source/amount, probability, projected/actual revenue, and user-entered descriptions. Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits entering personally identifiable information in free-form text fields; if inadvertently submitted, we do not use it and will assist with removal upon request.
We may use cookies to recognize you and provide a better user experience and allow affiliates and third-party vendors to use cookies on our Sites. You may refuse cookies via your browser settings, though this may limit access to certain parts of the Sites. Technologies used by platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google (e.g., cookies, pixels, device identifiers, local storage) help deliver and understand products, services and ads. Third-party vendors (including Google) may show our ads based on past visits to our Sites. You can opt out of Google’s use of cookies via Google Ads Settings, and opt out of third-party vendors via the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
We take reasonable precautions to ensure nonaffiliated third parties and affiliates to whom we disclose information treat it responsibly. Our contracts prohibit further transfers except to provide Services you obtain from us. Over the previous 12 months, we have shared the categories listed above with third parties. We disclose personal information (1) with your consent; (2) for legal reasons; (3) to agents and contractors operating our business subject to confidentiality; (4) through links to other sites (for which we are not responsible); (5) as aggregated, non-personal information; and (6) in corporate transactions, ensuring continued protection consistent with this Policy.
No. We share data as outlined but do not sell personal information.
Methods of Processing: Data processing is carried out in accordance with our privacy procedures and policies using computers and related IT tools. Data may be accessible to internal parties (e.g., administration, legal, sales, marketing) and external parties (e.g., service providers, carriers, hosting providers, communications agencies) assisting with the Sites and Services. All parties are required to maintain safeguards consistent with this Privacy Policy.
API credentials and derived data are stored in secure cloud services with logical separation by customer. Credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is limited via role-based access controls, logged, and monitored. We use API-derived data only to deliver and improve the Services and do not sell it. Upon disconnection or subscription end, we disable/delete credentials and delete or de-identify API-derived data per retention practices.
We protect data using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. When using third-party providers, we ask them to implement similar safeguards. However, we cannot guarantee complete security within the Company or on third-party systems.
We retain personal data while we have an ongoing legitimate business need (e.g., providing requested Services or complying with legal requirements). When no longer needed, we destroy, delete, anonymize, or securely store and isolate the data until deletion is possible.
